What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Gypsum Grill and Events Center?
Job Description: Service staff will be responsible for creating a “hospitality first” environment for our guests at Gypsum. Servers will be required to work as a team to create consistency and efficiency and build an elevated dining experience. Servers must maintain knowledge of our menus and be ready and willing to sell and describe our food and drinks to our guests.
Job Requirements and duties:
Positive and enthusiastic attitude

Arrive in a polished uniform daily
General cash handling and counting skills
Knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems
Must be able to carry a loaded tray of food and drinks through the restaurant
Must know all aspects of the food and drink menus such as ingredients, allergens, and preparations
Must be willing to learn new food and drink items for each shift
Must be efficient at taking orders and timing courses efficiently
Build regulars, and get to know our VIP guests
Maintain the appearance of the dining room to ensure our guest have a positive experience
Strong communication skills
Attend daily pre shift meeting
Completing the opening and closing checklists for the Server position
Available Days, Nights, Weekends, and Holidays
Willing to apply our company core beliefs to each shift

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
