Gypsy Soul is expanding in West Palm Beach, FL. We are looking for team members to join us at Tanger Outlets in West Palm Beach.
- Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Upsell products and accessories to enhance customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Collaborate with team members and store manager to achieve sales goals
- Skills:
- Multilingual: Ability to communicate effectively in English, and in Spanish is a plus.
- Upselling: Proficient in recommending additional products or services to customers
- Organizational: Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a tidy sales floor
- Crystal Jewelry Sales: Knowledge of crystal jewelry products and ability to assist customers in making jewelry purchases
- Basic Math: Proficiency in basic math skills for processing sales transactions and calculating discounts or promotions
- Crystal Product Sales: Familiarity or interest to crystals and their properties to provide customers to guide their features and benefits (Preferable)
- Stock shelves and organize the store's back storage area.
- Ability to carry boxes, and use a ladder.
- Self-Efficient and Extremly Responsible and Dependable
- Must be able to work weekends or holidays.
- Must also work in store back and stocking.
