Award-winning medical device startup (GyroGear.co) has a single opening for an experienced US Regional Sales Manager at our USA office. We are developing intelligent wearable devices to stabilise hand tremors for 200 million people globally.
The US Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for executing GyroGear’s commercial strategy across the United States, driving revenue growth, and establishing GyroGlove™ as a market leader. You will lead regional sales efforts, manage independent sales reps and key customer and partner relationships, and identify new opportunities for market expansion. This role requires ensuring all sales activities align with company goals, regulatory standards, and customer needs. The ultimate objective is to deliver sustained growth and position GyroGlove™ as a trusted solution in the US healthcare landscape.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a US Regional Sales Manager to spearhead GyroGear’s commercial efforts in the United States. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify growth opportunities and market trends, aligning them with GyroGear’s business objectives.
- Set and monitor KPIs to drive sales performance and ensure consistent progress toward goals.
- Spearhead efforts to launch GyroGlove within the VA/GSA sector and to manage a team of Independent Sales Reps.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers, clinicians, and distribution partners.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Collect and leverage customer feedback to inform product and service enhancements.
- Identify and engage potential customers through targeted outreach, events, and product demonstrations.
- Represent GyroGear at industry conferences and events, building the company’s reputation as a leader in tremor management solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create region-specific campaigns and materials to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Work closely with the internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and superior after-sales support.
- Analyze competitor activities and market data to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Operations, to address customer needs and align on strategic initiatives.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members or new hires as needed.
- Contribute to the development of scalable sales processes and best practices to support future growth.
- Ensure all sales activities adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Stay informed on healthcare regulations and reimbursement pathways to provide accurate information to customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in medical device or healthcare sales, with at least 3 years in a regional management role/managing sales reps.
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare landscape, including reimbursement pathways and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
