Key Responsibilities:
- Perform expert-level repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Handle a variety of general maintenance tasks, including drywall repair, painting, and appliance troubleshooting.
- Support the unit turnover team by handling plumbing and electrical tasks with precision, ensuring each unit is move-in ready and meets the highest quality standards.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in building systems, including lighting, water heaters, and circuit panels.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the property management team to prioritize and complete work orders in a timely manner.
- Be on-call for emergency repairs and provide swift resolutions when needed.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in general maintenance, with a strong focus on plumbing or electrical systems.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex issues.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and equipment operation.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
