Partner Insurance is a quickly growing independent Insurance Agency in Fairfax, VA est. in 2019. We are focused on selling and servicing Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance in the DMV and looking for qualified CL Account Managers who want a boutique style culture with potential for growth. We have a broad range of accounts we service from small BOP policies to Captive Accounts and are licensed in (24) states.
Position:
We are looking for a customer-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage middle-market level accounts and report directly to our. An ideal candidate is someone who is service oriented and enjoys building relationships and rapport with clients.
Responsibilities:
· Manage Client Accounts via Phone and Email
· Attend Renewal & Mid-Term Review meetings as needed
· Process Policy Endorsements
· File Claims with Carriers
· Create Applied Epic activities of customer interactions and file related e-mails
· Advise clients on related COI Inquiries (our Service Dept. manages actual processing of Cert's)
· Create Proposals, Coverage Summaries & Mid-Term Reviews
· Provide Zywave Risk Mgmt. resources to clients
Requirements:
· P&C Insurance License in VA, MD & DC
· Applied Epic (ideal, not req.)
· 3-5 years’ Experience
· Microsoft Office
· Adobe
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to needs
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
