Responsibilities
- Client Management: Effectively manage and nurture existing commercial client accounts, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth by pursuing new business prospects and fostering relationships with potential clients.
- Policy Expertise: Stay informed about the latest industry policies and product developments to offer accurate and professional advice to clients.
- Negotiation: Engage in contract negotiations, utilizing keen bargaining skills to achieve favorable outcomes for both the agency and the clients.
- Risk Assessment: Analyze clients' portfolios to identify potential risks and propose appropriate insurance solutions.

Qualifications
Licensing: A current Florida Property & Casualty License is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial insurance sales or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Client Focused: Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships and ensure their satisfaction.
