Requirements:
-Wisconsin Property & Casualty insurance license
-Minimum of (2) years in commercial insurance account management.
-Industry knowledge with commercial insurance products, coverages, and practices
-Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional service, verbal and written communication skills while effectively interact with clients, colleagues, members and carriers.
-Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
-Team player contributing positively to a team-oriented work environment
-Onsite Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Responsibilities:
Addressing inquiries, policy changes, quoting, policy review analyzing existing policies, identify coverage gaps, recommending suitable insurance solutions to meet client requirements. Managing policy renewals, maintain accurate client records and policy details in management system (EZLynx), identify opportunities to expand client coverage, provide guidance on additional insurance products, ensure client/member satisfaction to ensure retention.
