We focus on designing low-cost plans, proper benefit structures, and personalized insurance advice to help clients make informed decisions.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Insurance Agent. The Health Insurance Agent will be responsible for interacting with clients, providing insurance advice, and assisting them in selecting appropriate coverage. This role will be based in Belleville, IL, with the flexibility for some remote work (maybe).
Qualifications
· Experience in Insurance Brokerage, Health Insurance, and Medicare (would be great, but not a deal breaker)
· Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients (a must)
· Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations (you can learn this)
· Ability to analyze and explain insurance options clearly (have to be able to read and explain)
· Excellent organizational and time management skills (well, this just had to be said)
· Proficiency in using insurance-related software and tools (we live in a digital age.. see line above ^^)
· License to sell health insurance in the state of Illinois (or willingness to obtain it for the right person. We will help with this)
· You must like people - we are in the people business!
