Job Title: Region Manager - Construction
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Address: South Bend, IN
The Region Manger will require close collaboration with project managers, senior leadership, and external partners to ensure the growth and profitability of the regional division. This position will play a key role in both managing day-to-day operations and driving long-term strategic initiatives for the region’s business as well as maintaining safety standards, maintaining resources and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Qualification:
· Minimum 8 – 10 years’ experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
· Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus
· Bachelor’s degree Required in construction management, Business Administration, or a related field
· Proven experience managing construction operations, financial oversight, and business development within a regional or mulit-site capacity
· In-depth understanding of construction processes, contracts, project management, and industry standards
· Strong financial acumen with experience in managing P&L, budgeting and cost control
· Experience in strategic planning and driving business growth
· Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and inspire high-performing terms
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and collaborate with internal teams
· Ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt to changing business environments
· Ability to travel as required within the region to manage projects and meet with clients
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex business issues
· High level of organization and attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Pay: From $175,000.00 per year
