Position Overview
As the Production Supervisor , you will train on all aspects of successfully running the day-to-day operations of a production team in preparation of one day growing into a Production Manager. You'll be involved with maintaining production schedules, planning and assigning work, training and coaching employees, and maintaining product quality standards under the guidance of the Production Manager.
The Regular Work Schedule is Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 7 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm. The ability to work overtime is required.
Pay Starts at $24.00 per hour (Base pay $22.00 per hour shift differential $2.00 per hour).
Responsibilities

- Maintain production schedules, plan and assign work, train employees, and maintain product quality standards.
- Assist with team member monthly coaching sessions and annual Performance Evaluations.
- Recognize and solve problems affecting production.
- Inspect Remake orders to identify process and training deficiencies.
- Assist the production team in the absence of team members.
- Assist the Production Manager in the improvement of current production processes.
- Assist the Production Manager in the development of processes for new products.
- Assist with monitoring and completing time & attendance reports.
- Follow all established Standard Work procedures established by the Company.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation / work area.
- Comply with all Company policies, rules, and instructions from supervisors or management.
- Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing to comply with all safety laws and all of H&H Color Lab's safety policies and rules. Must be willing to report safety violations and potential safety violations to appropriate management.
