We are searching for a Chief Operating Officer that will continue to help grow our company. Must have experience in running day to day operation of small business

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate various projects related to vegetation management.
• Utilize data analysis skills to assess project outcomes and improve methodologies.
• hiring new employees- bring new applicant on to the company
• Conduct research on best practices in environmental law and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Oversee data collection efforts to support project goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Prepare reports and presentations on project progress, findings, and recommendations.
• keeping company in good standing with OSHA, FRA and DOT
• Running monthly and yearly budgets
• scheduling jobs to crews

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within the environmental sector.
• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in GIS software, particularly ArcGIS.
• Knowledge of environmental law and regulations relevant to ecological restoration projects.
• Experience in gardening or farming practices is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for sustainability and commitment to promoting ecological health within communities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
