Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as concrete mixers, loaders, cranes, and tankers to perform various tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Build and assemble structures as needed using appropriate machinery.
- Dig trenches and perform earth-moving tasks with precision.
- Safely maneuver farm machinery and caterpillar equipment in diverse conditions.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.
Skills
- Proficient in heavy equipment operation, including but not limited to loaders, cranes, concrete mixers, and tankers.
- Experience with commercial driving and the ability to transport equipment as required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues with machinery.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness for operating large equipment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation.
