Position Overview
As an HR Analyst on our People Analytics team, you'll contribute as an expert of workforce data, utilize that data to uncover trends, and deliver insights to stakeholders that enable our organization to make informed, strategic people decisions. You will play a key role in optimizing the reporting landscape and have the opportunity to help advance our people analytics strategy.
Primary Duties
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday reporting solutions, including standard, custom, composite, and matrix reports and dashboards
Organize and standardize Workday reporting deliverables to ensure consistency and efficiency
Manage a structured intake and ticketing process for report development, enhancements, and modifications
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable Workday solutions
Conduct reporting audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal standards
Continuously identify opportunities to optimize and streamline reporting processes and tools
Stay current with Workday releases to identify and leverage new reporting features and enhancements
Provide training and support to stakeholders on using and interpreting Workday reports and analytics
Prepare and submit mandatory U.S. compliance reports, including but not limited to EEO-1, VETS-4212, and Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) obligations
Coach users to leverage Workday and other data sources to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvements
Support ad hoc analyses and data storytelling to communicate meaningful insights to stakeholders
Contribute to the enhancement of the People Analytics roadmap by identifying new tools, methodologies, and data sources to expand analytics capabilities
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Human Resources, or a similar field of study required
2-3 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM reporting tools, including advanced, composite, and matrix reports
Strong understanding of Workday data structure and security
Ability to troubleshoot reporting issues and optimize report performance
Excellent at communicating and collaborating to translate business needs into technical solutions
Ability to operate with flexibility in a fast paced and evolving environment
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Workday certification in HCM Reporting
Experience with U.S. compliance reporting (EEO-1, VETS-4212, AAP)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools (e.g. Power BI)
Familiarity with MS SQL Server or other database solutions
Experience in a highly matrixed, global organization
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $85,000 - $100,000.
