Strategic Sourcing Analyst

Position Overview
The Strategic Sourcing Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring a steady supply of high-quality materials to support both internal and external customers. This role focuses on day-to-day sourcing activities, with responsibilities including cost management, vendor registration, and system improvements. Reporting to a senior team member, the Analyst II will also collaborate with 1-3 managers / directors, contributing to both daily tasks and broader project work.
Primary Responsibilities
- Source and secure high-quality raw materials to meet production needs, ensuring timely and cost-effective supply chain management.
- Address and resolve any invoice discrepancies with suppliers, coordinating with finance and procurement teams to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
- Create and implement sourcing strategies to optimize raw material procurement, balancing cost efficiency with quality and reliability.
- Negotiate Prices, Terms, and Conditions : Collaborate closely with suppliers to negotiate favorable prices, payment terms, and other conditions to secure the best value for the organization.
- Use data analysis to monitor supplier performance, assess material costs, forecast demand, and support decision-making in procurement.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, bringing procurement insights to support product development, operational improvements, and process innovations.
Requirements
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $67,900 - $89,120.
