Position : Construction Assistant Superintendent for Colony Fine Homes
Department : Construction - Colony Fine Homes
FLSA : Non-Exempt
Location : 2252 N. Broadway, Moore, Oklahoma 73160 and various locations (indoor and outdoor)
Hours : Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
General Purpose : To assist superintendent in construction activities.
Supervision Received : Works under the direct supervision of the Builder and Superintendent.
Supervision Exercised : None
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Present recommendations to Builder and Superintendent
- Comprehend the process of residential construction and use common knowledge
- Responsible for the level of quality in product
- Walk every room of every house, every day
- Attend construction meetings
- Maintain landscaping, yards, and trees
- Perform minor touch ups and some activities on punch-list
- Help maintain clean streets and gutters
- Ability to deliver houses in the allowed times as set forth by contracts
- Keep signs upright and orderly
- Any other duties assigned
