Client Service Associate
This position is an integral part of the team. The associate supports the Financial Advisor, works closely with clients, and communicates directly with them to ensure they receive the required services. The associate is responsible for client contact and follow-up.

What You’ll Do Here
- Build relationships with clients.
- Follow-up with clients after meetings with advisors to ensure proper paperwork is received, accounts are set up, etc.
- Schedule client appointments.
- Prepare documents for client meetings.
- Record detailed notes of all client interactions and meetings.
- Maintaining the CRM (Client Relationship Management) database.
- Compose correspondence to clients.
- Scan and index all documentation for the office.
- Adhere to all industry regulations and stay abreast of updates and changes.
- Perform administrative duties as needed (greeting clients and / or answering phones).
- Other duties as required.
