JUNIOR FINANCIAL ADVISOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct financial analysis and customized financial plans
- Assess and advise clients on current financial situations and make recommendations
- Assist clients in planning for short- and long-term goals
- Develop and execute retirement planning strategies
- Implement risk management and tax planning strategies
- Oversee and coordinate client investment portfolios
- Play a key role in maintaining compliance with RIA
- Develop and maintain relationships to retain clients and grow client base
- Maintain updated knowledge of regulations, practices, and financial products
- Open and maintain accounts on the advisory platform
- Review task assignments for each client and work directly with team members to ensure all follow-up and action items resulting from client meetings are documented in CRM and completed within the specified period (RedTail).
- Prepare meeting materials and complete ad-hoc assignments for the Senior Advisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Knowledge of investment vehicles, financial markets, and wealth management principles.
- Must have a Series 66.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Microsoft Suite, Adobe, and financial planning systems. EMoney, Money Guide Pro, Riskalyze, Netx360, and other platforms are a plus.
- Prior experience as a financial advisor or internships in finance or wealth management is required.
