About the Role :

This is a unique opportunity for a driven leader to step into a mentorship-based transition plan , working alongside the current owner to learn the business inside and out. You will gain insight into the operations, build relationships with employees and clients, and gradually assume full leadership responsibilities. This position offers the chance to take over and lead a thriving remodeling company with a dedicated team and a solid client base.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work closely with the current owner to understand business operations, company culture, and strategic goals .
• Develop strong relationships with employees, subcontractors, and long-standing clients.
• Oversee daily business functions, including project management, sales, financials, and customer service.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead and develop the team, ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment.
• Identify opportunities for business growth, process improvement, and expansion.
• Eventually, assume full leadership and ownership responsibilities.
