Cluster Social Media Marketing Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media and have a creative mindset to drive engagement and growth across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content calendars for all social media platforms

• Create, curate, edit and manage all published content (images, video, written)

• Plan and execute content creation from photoshoot to video editing

• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to inform strategy

• Content Development: Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to the target audience.

• Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.

• SEO Optimization: Enhance social media posts and profiles for search engine visibility.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor social media metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights.

• Meet deadlines and produce outputs as per the due dates provided while delivering high-quality designs on schedule.

• Collaborate with team members with all the required tasks.

• Stay updated on design trends. Research industry trends to integrate modern and innovative styles into projects.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s social media accounts, including but not limited to Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Develop content calendars and ensure a consistent posting schedule tailored to each platform.

• Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to boost a positive and interactive community foundation.

• Engage with followers by initiating conversations, answering queries, and addressing feedback promptly and professionally.

• Track audience sentiment and provide insights to enhance content and engagement strategies.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of related work experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or social media management
• Previous experience in luxury five-star IT industry is preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software
• Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics with ability to source own data and insights
• Experience managing paid social media campaigns and analyzing performance metrics
• Self-motivated, ability to identify problems and work methodically to solve them
• The ability to work independently, highly organized and detail oriented
• A natural eye for engaging content and visual design
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven experience in social media management
• Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
• Proficiency in content creation, including graphic design skills
• Familiarity with SEO principles and digital advertising
• Knowledge of social listening tools like Hootsuite
• Excellent communication skills for relationship management with followers and influencers
• Ability to proofread content for accuracy and consistency
• Understanding of brand stigmatization and how to maintain brand voice on social media
