Job Summary :
The System Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing server infrastructure to ensure its reliability, security, and performance. This role involves collaborating with IT teams to align server operations with organizational goals and support business requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer and maintain servers, ensuring peak performance and security.
- Conduct routine maintenance, updates, backups, and troubleshooting.
- Manage server hardware / software lifecycle, collaborating on new deployments.
- Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and process improvement.
- Oversee Active Directory, Group Policy, and disaster recovery efforts.
- Assist with email services (Exchange, O365) and telecom systems (Zoom, Avaya).
- Provide technical support and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
