A thriving, community-focused practice in Sikeston, Missouri is seeking a dedicated Optometrist (OD) to join their growing team. This is a full-scope opportunity with a strong emphasis on medical optometry and surgical co-management, supported by an experienced team and modern diagnostic technology.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams and assess vision health
- Diagnose and manage ocular diseases (glaucoma, AMD, diabetic retinopathy)
- Co-manage cataract, LASIK, and other surgical cases
- Prescribe glasses and contact lenses
- Educate patients on eye health and preventative care
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation
- Travel to nearby partner locations as needed
What We’re Looking For
✅ Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited program
✅ Licensed or eligible in Missouri
✅ Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
✅ Excellent communication and patient rapport
✅ Willingness to travel between nearby clinics
Preferred Skills
Experience with surgical co-management
Proficiency with EHR systems
Bilingual a plus
