This is a full-scope opportunity with a strong emphasis on medical optometry and surgical co-management, supported by an experienced team and modern diagnostic technology.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams and assess vision health
- Diagnose and manage ocular diseases (glaucoma, AMD, diabetic retinopathy)
- Co-manage cataract, LASIK, and other surgical cases
- Prescribe glasses and contact lenses
- Educate patients on eye health and preventative care
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation
- Travel to nearby partner locations as needed
What We’re Looking For
Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited program
Licensed or eligible in Missouri
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and patient rapport
Willingness to travel between nearby clinics
Preferred Skills
Experience with surgical co-management
Proficiency with EHR systems
