Responsibilities:Performs the responsibilities of the Bus Development Asst I plus the following functionsRecommends solutions to process problemsDevelops templates / processes to track category performance and / or manage categoryPerforms in depth analysis for supplier negotiationIdentifies, researches, and resolves issues with no BDM involvementMake recommendations based on analysisProvide input and make recommendations on new events and promotionsEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field3-5 years related Business, Merchandising or Store Operations experienceRelies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
