As an eCom Product Specialist II, you will process and capture product details necessary to execute and maintain products across digital platforms, and support online merchandising efforts.What is the work? (other duties may be assigned)-Performs duties and responsibilities of the eCom Product Specialist I with quality resultsAdministration:-Executes image capture process-Applies advanced product set-up skills including variant and product group maintenance -Executes set-up and maintenance of product attributes-Ensures maintenance of product hierarchy across platforms-Documents and executes test cases -Submits and follows up on platform defectsPreferred Education and Experience -Some college-2 years of experience in customer service in a retail environment Preferred Key Competencies-Knowledge of H-E-B systems-Intermediate PC, MS Office, and Internet usage skills-Advanced product set-up skills including variant and product group maintenance -Solid verbal and written communication skills-Strong interpersonal skills in a team environment-Ability to consistently demonstrate professionalism and respect-Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment-Passion for quality and attention to detail-Self-motivated with a keen sense of urgencyPhysical and Other Requirements-Function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment-Sit for an extended period of time-Some travel required11-2016
