SUMMARY of the position :
Responsible to properly ring up customers for items purchased in the Hot Foods / Aguas Frescas / Patio Departments. Provides superior customer service.
Reports to Food Service Manager / Asst. Food Service Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES of the position :
- Properly ring up customer orders
- Provide excellent customer service and interaction
- Maintains good cash control
- Ensures company food safety and sanitation expectations are achieved by following SOP's
EDUCATION and experience preferred :
- Company Orientation
- Safety Training
- Reading / Writing Skills
- Good customer service skills
PHYSICAL and other requirements :
Able to stand for long periods of time
