We’re looking for a self-starter with solid judgment who can make sound employment-related decisions—or confidently recommend them. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee hourly team members, tackle partner-related challenges, and drive results by boosting productivity.

Your day-to-day will include mentoring and coaching your team, offering constructive feedback, and encouraging collaboration. If you’re great at multitasking, prioritizing, and keeping your schedule on track while delivering results.

You will lead a team of hourly partners, working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a Just In Time strategic approach.
