POSITION SUMMARY : The (Temporary) San Antonio Office and Facilities Manager will be responsible for providing front office reception and coordinating campus and fleet services for the H. E. Butt Foundation’s San Antonio office location during the duration of the temporary assignment.
PROGRAM MISSION : HEBFDN Facilities exists to maintain and protect Foundation facilities, infrastructure, and associated Foundation assets while providing outstanding hospitality and service to the H. E. Butt Foundation Staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Responsible for meeting and special event reservations for San Antonio facilities
- Prepare meeting spaces and kitchen for special events
- Monitor and purchase office supply inventory (including kitchen and break room items)
- Collaborate with Foundation Executive Assistants to schedule special events
- Coordinate San Antonio Fleet
- Reserve Admin Pool Vehicles
- Store and organize vehicle keys
- Communicate maintenance needs and requests to Director of Fleet and Kerrville Operations
- Coordinate washing of Executive Team vehicles as requested
- Provide hospitable reception to guests, employees, and constituents
- Maintain reception area by answering phone calls and office correspondence

Maintain emotional control under stress; work with interruptions and deadlines; walking, standing, stooping, bending, pulling, and pushing, use hands and fingers for typing and to handle controls; reach with hands and arms; occasional : lifting / carrying, pulling / pushing 10-30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Environmental Factors
Occasional exposure to biological hazards (communicable diseases, bacteria, insects, mold, fungi, etc.). Occasional exposure to weather related conditions when working in outside environment and events. This job operates primarily in a professional office environment mainly in San Antonio, Texas. Will experience occasional outdoor responsibilities. Must be able to work between camp and office facilities on uneven terrain, as needed.
