- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Oversee the installation, programming, and commissioning of HVAC control systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for control systems and automation projects.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and procurement teams to gather required inputs.
- Analyze project specifications and requirements to develop competitive bids.
- Continuously refine estimating processes and tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
- Manages the selection, ordering, budget and delivery schedule of materials to be procured for the projects.
- Secures pricing and availability from outside vendors and suppliers, mechanical and electrical subcontractors including scope, terms and conditions
- Provides jobsite coordination for panel and field device physical locations.
- Completes project billings in a timely and accurate format to the client.
- Maintains profitability goals and positive cash flow through best business practices and continuous improvement metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related experience.
- 5 years of prior technical or project management experience is desired.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
