Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute the North America HR strategy, aligning with global priorities to drive organizational goals. Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all HR-related matters.
- Talent Management : Lead end-to-end talent processes, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and career development programs to attract, retain, and grow top talent.
