The pay range for this position is $21/hr. to $26/hr. and is based on skill, knowledge, and ability.

Inside Sales Representative Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Engage extensively with customers over the phone to generate rental leads and assist with their business needs.
- Rental Coordination: Assist fellow sales representatives in coordinating rental agreements and supporting rental transactions.
- Contract Management: Open and close rental contracts in adherence to company policies and customer requirements.
- Dispatch & Logistics: Coordinate and dispatch drivers for equipment deliveries and pick-ups to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Customer Service Excellence: Serve as the first line of support, providing outstanding customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Service Excellence: Exceptional talent for providing superior customer service and support.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with effective listening skills.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business software applications.
