Administrative Assistant -Well established local manufacturing company in the rebuild of packaging equipment is in immediate need of an Administrative Assistant in a part time position. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Duties:
- Serve as the front desk point of contact providing assistance as needed - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Order parts from our vendors and track delivery commitments
- Assist with quoting, shipping and invoicing. Experience with Quickbooks not required, but beneficial.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
