What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Office Assistant position at H&H Auto Parts?
H&H Auto an established local company has an immediate opening for an experienced full-time Office Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks to assist in our home office on-site in Cozad.
Essential Duties Include:
- Maintains department organization, maintaining filing systems, and providing general office support
- prioritize work and ensure proper focus and progress on tasks and projects
- Utilize Microsoft Office programs, other technical skills, typing
- Maintain various tracking documents in support of department processes, following up as necessary
- All other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication and Organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Exceptional attendance, dependability, punctuality, and professional track record
Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of previous experience in an administrative support role
- Pass both Background and Drug Screen
Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm No Evenings or Weekends!!
