Job Overview – How You’ll Contribute :
Do you enjoy driving? Do you love cars? Get PAID to DRIVE! We are looking for a Service Support Agent to assist our Service Team at our H H KIA location! In this role you will be providing top-notch Customer Service by greeting all Guests who enter the Service Drive. (Pay $16 per hour)
- Prepare the Service Drive for Guest arrival each day – moving or coordinating the moving of any vehicles left in the Service Drive from the previous day’s business.
- Assist in maintaining the Loaner Fleet as assigned, to include but not limited to cleaning vehicles, applying / removing decals, moving and staging vehicles.
- Greet Service Guests arriving at the Dealership. Locate Guest’s name on the Appointment Log and locate the Appointment Packet associated with that specific Guest.
- Perform a groove glove inspection of every vehicle that gets checked in.
- Pay $16 per hour.
- Hours 7am-6pm.
Qualifications – What You Need to be Successful :
A clean driving record.
