Job Overview – How You’ll Contribute :
We are adding to our Warranty Team at the H H Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Papillion, come join us! The Warranty Administrator is responsible for reading the service technician’s “3 C’s” (Concern, Cause & Correction) and to investigate labor operations the Technician used to perform correction on vehicles in the shop for warranty service work. You will prepare, record, and reconcile all warranty claims in an accurate and efficient manner, utilizing manufacturer specific policies, procedures, and requirements. (Pay is $20 per hour)
The Warranty Administrator is responsible for performing the following tasks :
- Prepare all warranty claims in an accurate and efficient manner utilizing manufacturer specific policies, procedures and requirements.
- Ensure appropriate labor times, labor operations, parts and sublet pricing assigned to each repair.
- Maintain active, friendly, and professional relationship with all Technicians and Service Managers to ensure prompt.
- Ensure corrected amounts are reported to management to prevent overstating amounts due.
- Verify all repair orders for accuracy by checking for the 3 C’s (Concern, Cause, Correction).
- Verify and correct all repair orders as necessary to ensure Customers are properly charged, and accounting is properly handled.
- 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm
