Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our opening team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks in a fast-paced environment, including assisting customers, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting kitchen operations. Responsibilities
- Working as a flexible team including cooking, baking and assembling as needed
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their needs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the café and kitchen areas.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure that all food items are fresh and presented well.
- Buss tables and clean dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment for guests.
- Help manage inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills, including retail math, to handle transactions accurately.
- Experience in food service or kitchen operations is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean work environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Flexibility to adapt to various roles within the café or grocery store setting.
