Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate and drive projects that bridge product manufacturing and customer ordering software. This in person role is critical to ensuring clear requirements, smooth cross-departmental collaboration, and successful execution of projects from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will thrive in a values-driven, fast-paced, and customer-focused environment. 

Responsibilities

• Lead projects spanning product manufacturing and software development 
• Utilize lean methodologies, Agile Kanban practices to coordinate efforts across software developers, production managers, product engineers, and business leaders. 
• Define project requirements, timelines, deliverables and test plans to minimize concept-to-launch lead times and maximize first time quality 
• Deconflict tasks and manage resources to maintain momentum across departments. 
• Foster a positive, joyful, and hard-working culture aligned with our company’s mission of helping customers win. 
• Monitor and report on project progress using tools like Microsoft Teams, Jira, and Asana 
• Lead continuous improvement in project management processes and tools. 

Requirements

• Work in office:  Must be able to work in person at our Raytown, MO location
• Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally using Lean Agile Kanban methodologies. 
• Preferred Background: Experience in manufacturing and software development, with interest or experience in the imaging industry a plus. 
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to and coordinate with diverse personality types and departments. 
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Teams, Jira, Asana, and Excel. Familiarity with software development workflows is highly beneficial.

Leadership & Autonomy 

The Project Manager will report to the Vice President of Business Development and take ownership of critical projects to improve our product and software offerings. This role offers significant autonomy in driving projects while being supported by a collaborative leadership team.
