Job Overview
- Reduce maintenance costs.
- Improve equipment reliability through the implementation of a predictive maintenance program.
- Plan, coordinate and supervise corrective maintenance projects, assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
- Plan shutdown repairs
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and conduct repairs as needed.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand system layouts.
- Work with electrical systems, including logic controllers, to diagnose and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of a two-year degree in engineering or related fields, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred
- Proficient with reading blue prints and schematics
- Computer skills including knowledge of spreadsheets, database and word processing software.
Bonus up to 4%.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Mechanical Maintenance in a cement plant: 3 years (Preferred)
