The main duties of this role are maintaining consistent corporate branding, analyzing and evaluating current sales and marketing processes, investments, and solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in content marketing, data analysis, and client and vendor relationship building skills. If you have previous experience in marketing and sales, we would love to meet you! Ultimately, a successful Sales and Marketing Specialist will develop new business for the company, build new relationships with vendors, and assist in the growth and development of H&H Custom Pallets locally and nationally.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with department heads regarding incoming business, manufacturing capacity, and recycling vendor needs.
· Work closely with CEO and Vice President to grow the company brand.
· Gain new business relationships with potential new customers and vendors.
· Discover cost saves through research and development.
· Communicate with customers and vendors.
· Work closely with Vice President and accounting departments regarding departmental and business wide budget.
· Develop marketing strategies, grow the company brand into the local and national spotlight.
