Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Manage existing client relations and ensure their needs are being met.
- Engage with new customers, providing them with required forms and documents to set up new accounts.
- Upsell products by highlighting promotions and special offers.
Experience
- Previous experience in automotive repair industry is requires.
- Background understanding of mechanical systems to include powertrain and engine diagnostic equipment is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers alike.
