What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant position at H&H Polishing?
- Maintain a positive, team environment and promote open communication throughout the facility
- Develop and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships
- Bookkeeping, and accounting support, including AR/AP management and reconciliation, and month-end closing
- Payroll management
- HR administration and benefit support, including workers comp
- Employee hiring and onboarding support and files management
- Office support, including answering phones, supporting vendor relationships and company functions
- Plan and support safety awards and monthly safety meetings
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Other tasks as assigned by manager
- A positive attitude is a must
- Background check, drug screen and physical are required
