We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Representative to join our team.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
- Utilize retail math skills to accurately process transactions and manage cash register operations.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain an organized and stocked sales counter, ensuring all products are readily available.
- Handle Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently for smooth transaction processing.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in Archery is required!
- Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Knowledge of product demos and upselling strategies is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
