Our Safes Department is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated and friendly Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. Position Overview:
As a Sales Associate in our Safes Department, you will play an essential role in helping customers find the right safe to fit their needs. While previous experience in retail sales (preferably with safes) is a plus, we are happy to train candidates who are enthusiastic, eager to learn, and ready to provide outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and suggest the right products
- Explain the benefits and uses of safes and related products
- Assist with the purchasing process, including handling payments.
- Maintain strong knowledge of current product offerings and inventory levels
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions and sales
- Help set up store displays
- Provide a memorable shopping experience by establishing relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Ideal Candidate:
- Some retail sales experience (preferred but not required)
- Interest in safes and security products (or willingness to learn!)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
- Flexible and reliable availability
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
