Job Description
Are you a skilled HVAC Apartment Maintenance Technician? We have several HVAC Maintenance Technician positions! Maintenance Techs maintain the appearance and working order of the apartment complex, complete service orders, and follow up on unresolved tenant request. Technicians will work directly with residents and team members to diagnose, assess, and repair issues. Need to have some experience in electrical, plumbing, A / C, and appliances. Pay rates start at $22.00 per hour based on experience.
Job Requirements
HVAC certification or Universal Certification a plus!
Experience in maintenance, construction, electrical, & plumbing
1-2 years in the Apartment Industry
Ability to work temp assignments that could potentially turn to permanent positions
Must pass a National Criminal Background Check
