Our client property management companies in Clearwater, Florida are seeking experienced HVAC Maintenance Technicians who are knowledgeable in getting apartments ready for rental. Are you a certified HVAC Tech that is professional, fast and reliable with experience doing rehab work? Then we want to talk to you, apply today! Pay rates start at $22.00-$25.00 per hour.
Our Ideal Candidates has :
- Experience turning apartments
- Renovation experience a huge plus
