Job Overview - How You'll Contribute:
The H H Group is proud to be participating in the Cohort 7 of Avenue Scholars Internships kicking off in June 2025. We are accepting applications from Avenue Scholars interested in our Service Technician Internship/Apprenticeship Program! This 51-week internship & apprentice program position plays a critical role in jump starting your career with our Service Department. (Pay $15/hr.)
- This is an Internship for Avenue Scholars.
- Receive on-the-job training to further your skills learned in school.
- Complete 2-week rotation in each of our Service Departments before you make your
decision on a brand / location. - Work side-by-side with Master Technicians with decades of experience.
- Frequently use hand tools and power tools.
- Receive fair compensation while learning the automotive trade.
- Opportunities to continue your Automotive Career after high school either in our Registered Apprenticeship or as a College Apprentice.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm, rotating Saturday’s 8-1. Flexible schedules for work life balance.
- Flexible scheduling during the school year to allow for students after school activities.
Qualifications - What You Need to be Successful:
- Have passion for automotive industry.
- Enjoy Technology.
- Like to work with your hands.
Applications will be accepted between January 31st and March 10th with interviews taking place in February and early March 2024.
Note: This internship is for high school students enrolled in the Avenue Scholars Program.
