Summary
Mission Technologies is looking for a motivated individual to fill the role of Production Supervisor for their Syracuse, NY Manufacturing Operations. This person will directly supervise team members consisting of technicians, stockroom, and inspection personnel. They will also support the daily activities of the production line and / or processing areas, and help build long term capability within the Manufacturing Organization.
What You Will Do
- Directly supervises individual contributors (skilled technicians, stockroom, shipping / receiving personnel, inspection, etc.) that support floor operations.
- Define, implement, and maintain processes and procedures to meet business objectives
- Analyze and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Design product flow within plant facilities to ensure most the efficient and productive layout.
- Ensuring compliance with customer and company proposed standards and requirements
- Create, update, and implement work instructions as required
- Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements, processes and risks
- Prioritizing and executing projects for ongoing process improvements
