What You'll Be Doing: Driving Results 🚀 (Responsibilities Vary by Level)

• Tech 1: Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing injection molds; operating manual machines; disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling molds; minor polishing; and forklift/crane operation.
• Tech 2: All Tech 1 duties, plus basic repairs, die spotting, and welding skills.
• Tech 3: All Tech 1 & 2 duties, plus performing complex repairs, interpreting prints, and advanced machine tool operation.
• Tech 4: All Tech 1-3 duties, plus working independently, leading/mentoring, and complex component fabrication and A1 polishing.
• Tech 5: All Tech 1-4 duties, plus proficient CAD/CAM programming, complex repairs/design changes, project leadership, and jig/fixture design.

Your Qualifications: What You Bring 🛠️ (Requirements Vary by Level)

• Tech 1: High School Diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, forklift certification, basic hand tool knowledge, and metric system understanding.
• Tech 2: Tech 1 qualifications plus 1 year of experience, basic welding/multimeter skills, and "A" surface polishing ability.
• Tech 3: Tech 1 & 2 qualifications plus 1 year of experience, advanced machine tool proficiency, and high-level welding skills.
• Tech 4: Tech 1-3 qualifications plus 1 year of experience, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently.
• Tech 5: Tech 1-4 qualifications plus proven mechanical aptitude, CAD/CAM proficiency, and project leadership experience.
