Your Impact
As our Maintenance Coordinator, you'll be pivotal in ensuring our production goals are met with the highest quality and efficiency. You'll lead a team of maintenance technicians, minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment performance through:
- Leadership & Development: Providing clear direction, training, and coaching to your team. Implementing Continuous Improvement Discussions to drive performance and achieve departmental targets.
- Operational Excellence: Coordinating maintenance/repair projects, managing budgets, and ensuring timely reporting of KPIs. Driving machine efficiency through problem-solving and innovative improvement ideas.
- Process Improvement: Implementing and monitoring countermeasures to reduce downtime and rejects, utilizing the PDCA process. Leading and participating in Continuous Improvement Activities.
- Strategic Management: Preparing and presenting reports to management, participating in PDCA meetings, and contributing to recruitment efforts.
- 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 1 year of supervisory experience, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems (AC/DC/Servo motors).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and respond to short-notice overtime.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Experience with maintenance management software, PLC programming, and robotics/automation.
- Familiarity with machine vision, sensing systems, and Microsoft Access databases.
- Competitive salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually.
