Job Overview:
We’re looking for a Bilingual Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate MUST speak both Spanish and English, with excellent customer service skills. You’ll be helping with payments, answering calls, and supporting the car sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Answer calls, make calls, and assist customers in person.
- Payment Processing: Handle payments and keep accurate records.
- Sales Assistance: Help the sales team by preparing documents and answering customer questions.
- General Office Tasks: Keep customer files organized and update information as needed.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized
- Must be available to work Monday through Saturday
