In this position, you will be responsible for the repair, preventative maintenance, and upkeep of production equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical machinery. You will also train department technicians in company policies, procedures, and SOPs, as well as assist with facilities maintenance as needed.

Job Description:
In this position, you will be responsible for the repair, preventative maintenance, and upkeep of production equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical machinery. You will also train department technicians in company policies, procedures, and SOPs, as well as assist with facilities maintenance as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical manufacturing equipment, including PLC-controlled machines.
- Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment improvements.
- Work from blueprints and schematics to repair machinery and assist in general labor as needed.
- Maintain and improve existing equipment and contribute to the design and fabrication of new machinery.
- Troubleshoot machine motor control panels (familiarity with 230v-480v 3-phase systems required).
- Operate forklifts and scissor lifts to move machines and conduct high-level maintenance.
- Conduct maintenance around hydraulic presses in a manufacturing environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain clean, organized workspaces.
